5 interview questions AIESEC hosts actually ask
"Why this project, specifically?"
Hosts can tell when an answer is generic. Be ready to explain what about this exact project or role drew you in, not just that you want to go abroad.
"How do you handle working with people very different from you?"
This is less about a perfect answer and more about whether you can give a real, specific example — a group project, a job, a team you were part of.
"What would you do in your first week if X didn't go as planned?"
Hosts are testing adaptability, not certainty. A thoughtful, flexible answer beats a confident but rigid one.
What to expect in your host interview and how to prepare without over-rehearsing.
