Youth alignment
How this aligns with youth development
The program directly tackles underrepresentation by pairing students with women already working in STEM fields, making career paths feel concrete rather than abstract.
Partners
How organizations can partner
Tech and engineering companies can participate by sending mentors, hosting a workshop, or offering internship pathways to attendees.
